From Humble Beginings

Our business started out as a regular patisserie in 1965, though our resources were limited; we always envisioned a great future for it. We opened our pioneer outlet in Dhour El Choueir, which has been serving customers since 1979, then we went on to open another one in Elissar. In 2006, the big move came as we finally decided to settle in Antelias. To keep up with the times, we made sure to put an effort by continuously learning from the best in the industry, by exposing ourselves to other cultures, and by adding our family’s value to the business.

“We add care to our catering” – a slogan which reflects years of hard work and commitment to this business which already served as our family’s heirloom, succeeded by sons from fathers. Through these successions with our father’s virtue, we were able to modernize a regular patisserie that started out with just 9 employees to a full catering service with 25 employees and still growing; this progress has been the defining moment of “LAMISSE”.

The “LAMISSE” identity is all about its variety of world-class dishes, high-end service with a familial atmosphere. Our menu goes through a meticulous process to maintain its quality; we make sure that our team of professionals tastes each dish first before offering it to our clients.
